Trying to set up Paypal Express...

and I have everythign set up and the Paypal checkout button appears on the shopping_cart page, but when I click on it it gives me this error:

Cannot redeclare replace_accents() (previously declared in /home/content/i/l/o/ilovephotogift/html/includes/modules/payment/paypal/paypal_functions.php:547)

I have Zen 1.38....

any ideas?!?!?!

OK..forget it, I reviewed all of my files and realized that one was not uploaded correctly at installation....
