ez thumbnails and additional images

Hi, I have ezthumbnails running on my saite and it is working fine mostly. When someone uploads additional images for a prosuct it all goes wrong!

it creates the small images for the additional pics fine but when they replace the main image they are stretched. Is there any way for me to either hard code the size they should become or create a large thumbnail and link to that

sorry forgot to say

i'm using the Swap_Images_Mouseover_135 module to swap the small additional images for the main one

doea anyone know how I can get these 2 modules to work together???
