if paypal not reply, your order will lost, customer will not received an notifier. how to complete an order , customer get an notifier email and customer can browse order history EVEN IF paypal not reply? I will check if paid by manually.

I believe the PayPal Sessions Viewer mod which I linked to allows one to manually "push" the order through, even without expected IPN notification.
