a few questions about paypal express checkout

I have a few questions that i would like to know about paypal express checkout, as I'm hoping to use it in the future.

#1 - If implement this option on my site, would a customer have to create an account to make a purchase?

#2 - How would I implement it so the shipping prices I have for customers who have accounts and pay with Paypal IPN would have it for the express checkout option?

#3 - Would it have a Order ID number like the regular customers, and if so, if the previous order ID number 99, would it be order ID number 100?
