I have been having some problems with my gift certificates. Sometimes they show up as redeemed but the customer says the order did not go through and there is no order for the customer. Is there a way to see exactly what order number the gift certificate was used on? It shows the customer ID and date used but there is no order for that customer. This is happening more then once.
