    Default physical path incorrect

    Trying to install Zen Cart on Bluehost. Can't seem to get the proper physical path. The installer guesses /home/diamone4/public_html/mikegraham.com/zencart

    That comes back as incorrect.

    Are you able to try uploading it to a folder that doesn't contain a "." in the name, and try running the install from there?

    I am having the same problem I know that the path is correct
    /home/wmacco/public_html/shoptest

    result from running cwd.php
    Current Working Directory: /home/wmacco/public_html/shoptest
    Checking file_exists(/home/wmacco/public_html/shoptest) according to PHP ... Result: True

    any help would be great.
