How can I make it so that Prices Show Only In Cart?

Not log in for prices, just only in cart?

As this is a unique situation there is no switch for this and you would have to edit/drop the price in the many places that it is shown i.e. new listing, product listing, all listing etc etc

You might be able to use CSS, display:none etc

If you want to take the CSS approach instead, Kobra is probably the one to ask.

The contribution is supposed to affect present and future products but, I don't see the option for MAP pricing after the install.

Got it. Emptied cache and it was all there. Works like a charm.
