I need some serious help with my site!

I have managed to get a drop down of color choices and sizes but I can't seem to get a color image on my product page. I get an error message of
Attribute Option and Option Value Do NOT Match - Attribute was not added - : TEXT

Also wondering how to change the background color of my zen cart to match my main home page?
