What i got is a site just for different groups which in this case are different departments of the same company but when say dept1 go to put on order through the user who is amember of the group cannot complete the order until his supervisor comes in and ok's it. So basically it is he got one of his staff to enter the order in for him but he wants to go back in later and check the order and then ok it so it can be complete from front end

How on earth do i do this. I know you can have pricing groups but how would i acheive the bit about it being ok'ed. can zencart do this or do i have to get someone to alter the code for me or id it a no goer??
