Matching Products Attribute?

Hi,

I'm working on a pet product selling website, and I'd like to know how to enable the "matching products" attribute (if there is one) on my products? For example, I have a category for "Dog Collars", and I would like to give my customers an option to add a matching "Dog Leash" to their cart.

It's something similar to the "Related products" attribute but it enables the customer to add it to their cart there and then. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this ASAP.

What would probably work better is the Cross Sell add-on so that the Products can list other related products with them ...

Thanks for that, Ajeh. However, this isn't what I quite need. I mean, I DO want to cross-sell the products, but I don't want the customers to be able to buy the "related product" seperately.

For example, I have a category for "Collars & Leashes" which lists only Collars with "related/matching Leashes". However, I don't want to sell the Leashes as a seperate product (the customer can buy it with the Collar if they want, but not seperately).

I hope someone can help me out with this!

The only way I can think to force a multiple product purchase without a great deal of rewriting is to add those products as attributes ...

The drawback, however, is there isn't any stock tracking on this ...
