Help with a Template

Ok I am really new at this and need to get my site up and running. I got the site installed however I bought a new template for it. I edited the PSD file the way I want it to look but I cant figure out how to get the PSD exported so the images, colors, text into the proper format to make it a template.

Zencart doesn't use psd files for overall templating.

I have the PSD and I guess it is exported to CSS somehow in photoshop?

Is Templte 11 the full templatemonster #?

You may want to talk to them about a refund/replacement/ or a fix.

Also, being a new Zenner, templatemonster is NOT the way to go.
They use a minimum of 5 stylesheets, while most ZenCart templates (available in the downloads section) use 2.
