Default Dynamic Attributes? Is it possible?

Hi, I am wondering if there is a way, or an add-on, that can make certain attributes only appear based on the selection of another attribute? For example, if an attribute is a checkbox for Matching Hairbow? [] , then could an attribute appear that then requests the hairbow color?

Also, is there a way to include text in between the attributes instead of having the entire product description at the top, and then all the attributes in one spot at the bottom?

    thanks all!

Your first question: Not possible in this version - we await the possible inclusion of XAJAX.

Your second question: Not easily possible - may need substantial php editing... (unless you hard-code stuff...)

Thanks, thats what I sort of figured, but good to hear it from someone else.

Regarding the text between attributes, look at this site, which I found in another thread recently..
    danielsami.com/opticlub/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_7&products_id=1

Those sections, That is what I am looking for. any clue how they did that? I emailed the poster, but jjust wanted to throw it out on my thread too.

    thanks

    James,

did you have any luck contacting him?

I am also looking into how to do this, but his email bounced back as no such user here. The contact page also seemed to go nowhere.

Can any one help me find out how to set up the page as he has done.

    Hopefully

    Will

The site you refer to: danielsami.com/opticlub/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_7&product s_id=1

... does not work (yet), so wait until they have it functioning, then try contacting them.
