Install. What am I missing?

I've installed many scripts including self-install types so I must be blind to something here.

I downloaded the zip file and uploaded all the files to a directory online.

I navigate to the main directory, the only directory. Now what? There is no /zc_install/. Do I need to create all the directories?

I do get an error message about a required file that lives in another directory the directory which is not present.

I could create all the directories and everything but it sounds like I should not have to.

The Zip - If you expanded it loally - You will see that it contains all the fores and dir's needed
