Rustic Template Support Thread

Hi all,

Looking for some help, I'm having the same problem as listed in the quote below, and tried the changes in the reply, and it's still not fixing it. Anything else I could try, I've tried deleting the defaults, and tried putting anything in to see if it would change but it doesn't.

Any help would be appreciated,

admin -> configuration -> layout settings

Categories Separator between the Category Name and Count
Categories Separator between the Category Name and Sub Categories

You can delete the defaults and/or substitute your own.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
It's a password protected site so I'll have to pm it to you in a bit.
Doing a changeover from oscommerce to zen cart, so it's protected right now.

You will need to create a 1 x 1 transparent gif image

save that new image to

includes/templates/rustic/images/bc_cat_boxes.gif
includes/templates/rustic/images/bc_cat_no_sub.gif
includes/templates/rustic/images/bc_cat_pointer_down.gif
includes/templates/rustic/images/bc_cat_pointer_right.gif
