CSS Issue Need Assistance

At the following:

There are two boxes (css controlled) that are driving me nuts.

First, the TOC (pink) display will not actually show the rounded corners on the bottom regardless of browser.

Second, in IE 6 & 7, the Shopping cart display is showing two rounded corner bottoms.

I would greatly appreciate some CSS God(ess) taking a look at it and deciphering what I might have done wrong.

I have been looking at it with Firebug but I'm at a loss.
