Hi,
When I get a paypal payment there is no order showing.....I understand this is due to cusomters not returning to my site.

I want to install paypal sessions viewer to see these lost orders but I do not have a clue how to do this and, after all the time I have taken to set up my site, I don't want to mess it up.

Can someone please give me the most basic easy to understand instructions on how to add this download correctly and how to use it once I have done this.

I am not at all computer literate so need this SIMPLE
