Are these steps really necessary?

I have submitted my application and it was approved.
I have agreed to the Billing Agreement (BA).
I have already gotten my API Settings (I was already using PayPal Express).
Now it says in my PayPal account overview the next steps are to Implement Websites Payment Pro. Okay so I have went to that section and it says I need to complete the following steps:

1. Set Up API Credentials (Already Done)
2. Install PayPal SDK
   The PayPal SDK makes it easy to call PayPal Web Service APIs from within your code.
3. Implement Direct Payment
   Learn how to process a credit card transaction with our Direct Payment API.
4. Implement Express Checkout (Already Done)

I am curious about #2 and #3. Are these necessary? Or do I just need to turn the PayPal Websites Payments Pro feature on in the Admin. and I am good to go?

The PayPal SDK has already been coded for Zen Cart - select install from the admin and configure with your details and it should work
