I have a client delivers gifts locally that needs to charge a one time delivery free based on the area. However, these areas are not based on postal zones. First it's a foreign country, but it's like, the blue area has a 4.00 charge, green 14.00 charge, red 10.00, etc, etc...parts of the city.

It needs to be a one time charge at the end of the shopping process, not attached to any category or product, ....similar to where the shipping choice is, ..ideally, it would have ....select your delivery area, (drop down), with an option attribute with price values on each area,..but how is this done???!!!!

One time charge on the order, multiple listing, multi-rates, totalled in before the full charge amount!! ..HELP..thanks everyone
