    image problem Picture upload error message: move_uploaded_file Permission denied

    This is my very first time here so please bear with me. I just installed Zen Cart and it looks great. I really like the features. I am having a problem uploading my product photos though.

    When I upload I am getting these error messages. Any idea? I don't know much about programing so I need all the help I can get.
    Warning: move_uploaded_file(D:/web/vhosts/alwaysolivia.com/httpdocs/thefandastore/images/back_with_a_heart.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\web\vhosts\alwaysolivia.com\httpdocs\thefandastore\admin\includes\classes\upl oad.php on line 112

    Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move 'C:\WINDOWS\Temp\php457.tmp' to 'D:/web/vhosts/alwaysolivia.com/httpdocs/thefandastore/images/back_with_a_heart.jpg' in D:\web\vhosts\alwaysolivia.com\httpdocs\thefandastore\admin\includes\classes\upl oad.php on line 112

    Error: File upload not saved.
    Thanks for your help.

    That means that your /images folder is not writable ... so, after the image was uploaded to the temporary location, and then attempted to be moved to the correct destination folder, the program is experiencing a Permission Denied situation enforced by your webserver ... which is apparently Windows.

    You'll have to talk to your hosting company to get them to help you set the permissions on the images folder to be writable by IIS, unless they've given you a control panel tool with which to set the permissions for the Internet Guest Account for that folder.

    Thank you. I was afraid of that. No doubt I may see that later in other areas too.

    I will try that.

    Thanks
