Default Need help with somewhat complicated shipping setup

Okay, here's the deal. I currently carry three brands, all of which drop-ship for me.

    http://www.phoenixtuning.com/zenstore/

Digital Dash, Gauges, Converters, are drop-shipped using UPS for national orders only, international orders are sent to me and then I have to reship them using USPS. I offer free shipping over $200 in the US. So:

If the order is under $200 and it's national, then I need to use a UPS calculator.
If the order is over $200 and it's national, it will be free shipping
If the order is international, I need to use the USPS calculator (regardless of the order total)

Is there a way to do this?

Then, for ECU Jumper Patch Harnesses, these are drop-shipped using Fedex, and again orders over $200 are free shipping. So:

If the order is under $200 and it's national, then I need to use a Fedex calculator
If the order is over $200 and it's national, it will be free shipping
If the order is international, then I need to use a Fedex calculator regardless of the order total

Again, is there a way to set this category up this way?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Anyone have any ideas? I really need help with this, especially this one:

Digital Dash, Gauges, Converters, are drop-shipped using UPS for national orders only, international orders are sent to me and then I have to reship them using USPS. I offer free shipping over $200 in the US. So:

If the order is over $200 and it's national, it will be free shipping
If the order is international, I need to use the USPS calculator (regardless of the order total)

Any help would be great, I'm like trying to figure this out

... and what happens if I order 1 thing from group A and 1 from group B?

    Let me see...

If you order something from more than one group AND it's a national order AND it's under $200, OR it's an international order, then shipping will need to be calculated SEPARATELY for each group.

    Example 1: (international order)

    One clutch kit for $279

    Shipping: x amount

    One PDR-1 trunk actuator $35

    Shipping: x amount

One Celica ECU patch harness $135

    Shipping: x amount

Example 2: (domestic order over $200)

    One clutch kit for $279

    One PDR-1 trunk actuator $35

One Celica ECU patch harness $135

    Shipping: Free

Example 3: (domestic order under $200)

    One PDR-1 trunk actuator $35

    Shipping: x amount

One Celica ECU patch harness $135

    Shipping: x amount

The good thing is that with all three groups, international shipping is done with USPS. But, each group is coming from a different place so each one would have to be calculated separately. I'm open to different ideas on how to approach the whole problem, this is the simplest thing I've come up with so far but if someone has a suggestion on a different way to go about it, I'm all ears.

Is there a way to do this or is it just impossible? Do I need to figure out a different way to go about it?

I'm willing to pay for assistance if someone knows how to get this set up.
