I'm using the add customer via admin mod but need to remove the 'required' for all the fields.
I want the fields there, just not that they are required.
I have tried editing the files, I have looked at configuration > customer details but neither seems to do the job.

Also, if there is an error on the page this is ignored and simply goes to 'customers' page without adding to the list.

Any help is appreciated.
