Main Page Layout Issue

I would like to take the block of text on the main page and put it below the Featured Product Images.

Does anyone know how to do this? I tried looking in the tpl_main_page.php - but I'm not sure if that is where it goes or where even to insert it.

ok, I did that but it's still showing up above the images...

And this is showing up at the bottom:

This is the main define statement for the page for english when no template defined file exists. It is located in: /includes/languages/english/index.php

I tried editing that page, but nothing happens.
