Moving the shipping estimate information

I do not know if it is us or our customers but suddenly more and more people are concerned with the shipping information (I don't know why government (sorry for the shameless slam))

Anyway I want to move the shipping estimator information above the cart contents but below where the shippinginfo.php info would be populated and the total amount of items purchased. That way customers would see that first and quit calling and emailing saying they did not know the rates. I know they are not perfect and are close with the tare weights implemented.

You will have to re-order the code in the file for the page you are interested in changing

You did not provide a link to the page you were concerned about so I really do not know

Our site is unfortunately password protected so all I can give you for the path is the following:

index.php?main_page=shopping_cart (with the www.yourdomain.com or whatever in front of it).

I hope this helps you more, and if not I guess I will just keep digging around with the developers toolkit.
