It there a way to simply chose the currency when a language is chose?
For instance when a user chooses Turkish, the currency automatically changes to YTL (Turkish Lira) which is already setup.

Yes. Two steps required:

1. In your language file is a "define" statement for LANGUAGE_CURRENCY. Set that to the 3-letter currency code (ie: YTL in your case).
2. In Admin->Configuration->My Store, set Switch To Default Language Currency to true
