Help with Linkpoint setup

OK, I need some help.

I entered my merchant ID in the required field then I went to my server using a FTP and followed there directions. I then found the file that said "change this file with your key" I entered the encrypted key and uploaded it back in the original place it was. I then tried a test and keep getting this error.


Linkpoint/YourPay API The xyzxyz.pem certificate file cannot be found.

does anyone have any idea?? THe directions it gives is to:

Using your FTP program, upload this file to your webserver to: /includes/modules/payment/linkpoint_api/XXXXXX.pem (xxxxxx is your store id, provided by LinkPoint/YourPay )

I DID THIS EXACTUALLY.

Make sure the xxxxx.pem filename is actually the number of your account, ie: 12345678.pem or whatever it was numbered when you downloaded it from Linkpoint.
