Inventory for drop down list?

I need to keep a tight inventory on a product that comes in different scents. As I currently have it as a drop down list for three scents this only takes off the amount purchased off the total of ALL product but not that specific scent. Is there a way to control this individually without having three different pages for the three scents? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Unfortunately not as Zen Cart does not support "Dependant Attributes" nor individual stock by attributes

thank you very much kobra...looks like I'll just have to have to keep an eye on stock more often then. LOL
