Remove titles from certain EZ pages

EZ page titles are defined in the "Page Title:" text field when creating new EZ Pages.

I have an EZ Page that I need to remove the title from.
It's ID is 1.

Is it possible to have something like:

If ID=1
Hide title
If else
Show title
