"Account number not in database" error in Fedex Module?

Hello,

I just installed the Fedex Module, configured it correctly, double checked everything, and yet, even if my Fedex acct number is correct, I am getting this following error on the top of a checkout page:

Data returned from Fedex for Meter: 0,"311"2,"5012"3,"Account number not in database"99,""

Any clues if I need to configure somthing on the Fedex site in my acct?

in the mean time, do you have any suggestions for a solution that will let me use the FEDEX module on certain products, but also offer fixed shipping price on others, independently. Any modules, or dirty tricks?
I am a drop-shipper and need to deal with suppliers that do FedEx and also with one that does a fixed price/item...
