Fedex module - works but title is missing

Hi, I installed the Fedex module to my 1.3.7 ZenCart and it works, but as you can see by the screen capture, the words Fedex are missing from the box title (but it is there for USPS). Any words of wisdom? Also, is there a way of listing the estimated shipping time?

Finally, I do have the graphics loaded to my images/fedex folder, but I don't see any images displayed. Am I supposed to? Thanks.

did u try moves in images into the root level of the images folder.
