Customized Product Listing Layout

Any ideas where I can go to get instructions/directions to make the the Product Listing page to look like this?

Can this just be copied/pasted then edited in the admin, add products page?

Is this not the "Product Info Page"??

Have to balance out the main image size and the additional images size so that the stack lines up and looks clean and alter the tpl_product_info_display.php file and re-order the elements so that you can display as desired
