    Default Purchase made on Zencart did not go through to Paypal

    Hi,

    I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I recently configured my Zencart online shopping cart to be linked to my Paypal account. However, someone recently made a purchase and even though I have all the information the customer is required to give me (including Paypal info) it has not gone through to my Paypal account. I have two questions. The first is: What have I set up wrong? I have gone through all the configurations I can think of and find and everything seems to be linked correctly both in Zencart and on the Paypal side. Paypal is unable to give me advice since Zencart is viewed as a third party shopping cart. The second question is: Since someone has made a purchase and the order appears to be sitting in limbo, once I have got all the configurations working properly will the order sitting in my online shopping cart proceed to go through on its own or will the customer have to make a new order all over again? I really hope someone can help as I just don't know what to so anymore. Thanks in advance to anyone that can offer me suggestions and advice

    Um, since that post is more than 2 years old and probably relates to a different version of Zen Cart than what you're using, it's probably best that you post your specific issue as a new thread. And, when you do that, be sure to answer all the questions in the Posting Tips section of the screen as part of your post.
