Turned on Debug Email and now I get these messages

Hi,

I turned on the Debug notification function in my USPS shipping module and now I get these emails when someone clicks the "estimate shipping" button in the cart:

I don't know what this means. Is it an error message? Is it just telling me that it made an estimation??? I see that it also shows a ZONE number. I don't believe I have my shop set to shipping zones so I don't know what thats about either.

Any thoughts?
