Help Easy Populate Not So Easy :)

Hi, iam a newbie and iam running Zen Cart 1.3.8a, with stock by attributes & improved attributes, and its taking ages to add stock and each attribute.

I have just installed Easy Populate Advance2.76d, just wanted to confirm if this will allow me to add new products with different sizes and different stock level for each size?

Tried having a go with easy populate, had a go then uploaded file then all my attributes such as size and some products are removed or messed up.

iam opening the text file with Excel 2007 opening as delimited, tried adding a product then saved as text (tab delimited ) is this saved correctly? it then ask " to save only the active sheet" i click ok. Then it ask "to keep this format, which leaves out incompatable features, click yes" i click yes. Iam i saving it the correct way?

Basically all i want to do is add a product in a catagoery, and each product i want to have different sizes as in "Different variants, and each size define how much stock in each size, as in "Stock by attrubutes"

On the text sheet i cant seem to see where the amount for each size goes.

Is it possible to add 1 product at a time with easy populate, for trial purposes, or do i have to download every product in the text file, and add to it?
Tried reading the wiki dosent seem to help.

Sorry bout the long question, just really stressed out. I would really appreciate it, if anybody can help me

I've managed to install EP_v1.2.5.4 but when i go to admin catalog...... > products with attribute stock some of my variants display : does this mean i've messed up???

I've backed up my site on my desktop could i just upload the file which i saved all my stock attributes in, and what file or folder would that be in?

Or is it possible to change the variants displaying : back to the orignal value through easy populate???

PLEASE HELP!!!
