nochex not taking details

dont know if anyone can help mebut
when i take a order with payment thro nochex i dont get a order comfirmation
and the order does not get logged on my site all i get is a email from
nochex to say payment recieved then i have to phone them to ask what they orderd

has anyone got a clue how i can make it work the same as paypal

having the same problem, missed about orders today because of that, but the info is the transaction history in nochex.

found out how to sort it all it needed was the nochex plugin update
just asked nochex and they sent me the update

If anyone is still experiencing problems, download the new files and guide here: http://esupport.nochex.com/index.php...itemid=7&nav=0

Follow the steps and place the files in the correct places and the module will work. If orders aren't coming through it is usually because you have the old "nochex_apc_handler.php" file. So simply download the package above, open the files for your corresponding Zen Cart version and then copy and replace the old "nochex_apc_handler.php" with the new one.
