PayFlo Pro error - NOTE: Module binaries not executable or lib path not found

I'm receiving an error message when viewing the Payment Modules in the PayFlo Pro section. "(NOTE: Module binaries not executable or lib path not found)" Now, this seems to be an easy enough fix and I've set the permissions to 777, (and 755) on both the binary files in the bin and verified the lib directory is in the /includes/modules/payment/ directory. I also set the permissions to 777, (and 755) on the binary file in the lib directory. But, I'm still getting the above error. I re-installed the PayFlo with the latest version, reset the permissions and still have the same error message. What am I missing? I saw this error message in another post but there was no reply and I'm guessing it's because it's a simple permissions issue. Could it have something to do with my web host? I'm at a loss and any help is much appreciated.
