Admin not loading on GoDaddy

My client is pretty much locked into hosting his client's shopping cart on GoDaddy for the next two years. I've tried to install three shopping cart systems so far (including Zen Cart). Zen Cart comes close to working (the front end works, albeit slowly). But the admin just sits and spins and will not load. Has anybody had this problem? Or does anyone know the secret for getting Zen Cart to work COMPLETELY on a GoDaddy hosting account?

Just a note, after someone here suggested this to me, I scrapped what I had installed and used the GoDaddy installer to set up Zen Cart. The same problem with the admin, just keeps loading and never comes up. From everything I've heard, contacting GoDaddy support would be an exercise in futility. Any ideas?
