Weird Meta Tag Issue

My website is www.mall11.com
when I check the meta_tags.php file there is no description or custom keywords entered, I just put the title and site tagline..

By somehow when I analyze the meta tag at the lik below it is showing all my catagory names as my site meta tag description and keywords

I purchased the template and modified it (I know I should have create one from scratch but I didnt know that it was easy to do so I chose to work on something already created) anyways... Is there another file that overrides meta_tags.php ?

How can i fix this, any suggestions?

Anyway, when I view the source of your index page, I see the same tag info as on seocentro - are you looking at the right metatags file?

If you ask me what those are about 2 weeks ago I would say "court tv shows"
