EZ Pages Configuration

Hi I think I have changed something and am now struggling with the configuration of the EZ and define pages. When I click on EDIT the table expands and becomes so big I can't get to the edit options on the right

I am not quite sure where to start looking to see what I have changed?

Hi, I have found the following error in the log:

How to fix this so my EZ pages work again?
