"Tagline Here" is hiding really well on me...

I downloaded the free verison of Red Passion. For the LIFE of me I can't find which file holds the "tagline here" text. It's actually driving me nuts and I've looked in every file I can think that might hold it.
When I was editting the default template I found it, but I can't seem it find it in this template.

Anyone know where I CAN find it? =/

...what the crap! I followed that one just like I did when I editted the default template and it couldn't find the line! but now it's suddenly popping out at me! oh god. i think i need to get my eyes checked again..
