Sort Order not working

I must have changed an option yesterday, but cant remember the exact one, i did a search about sort issues and noticed there were alot, then tried some of the solutions... and was unsuccessful with any. Heres a pic of my problem

Id like the sort order to filter 0-x, instead as you can see... 0's are coming after 7's. How do I fix this?

You have the Sort Order set to Model ... peek in the right corner of your screen shot ...

Set it to Product Sort Order/Product Name and it will be in the Physical Sort Order that you have defined ...
