Creating EZ-Pages with anchors?

I currently have a couple of EZ-Pages configured for the KaratJewellers site that I have beenn working on.
The pages have embeded tags that are used to return to the top of the page.
Here is one of the links in question: http://karatjewellers.ca/educationnew.htm
I tried copying the HTML contents of this external page and make it an internal page but it's not working.
Can someone please help me on making this an internal EZ-Page with the correct coding to move arround the page?

Did I stump everyone with this one?
Usually I get a reply the same day but this one has been out there for a few days now.
Does that mean it's not possible to use tags on the internal page?
