Shipping Estimator Not Working

I have a customer looking to make a purchase, but wants to estimate the shipping first. Shipping estimator is not working!

Can someone direct me to the files that need to be checked out to fix the shipping estimator - It returns NO information whether logged in or not.

I've looked at the files returned from a developers tool search for shipping_estimator and compared them to a fresh download of Zen Cart ver 1.3.8 (same version as site) and am finding no differences!

Any suggestions where to look next???

Which of the sites in your signature are you referring to?

I checked both of them and the shipping estimator looks to be working fine.

For anyone else wanting to help here, the site in question has both PayPal Express and the inline shipping estimator. What happens when the estimator is switched back to a button, or/and Express is turned off? It's possible that the Debug Error Logging Utility might show something.

DOH! Already ran the debug - no luck! I'll try turning off paypal express.

UPDATE: Shipping Estimator works for International, just not for the US
