Add to Cart Quantity Box missing

Would someone be able to help me, my quantity box is missing from the product page 'add to cart' section, and also on the cart contents/checkout you cant update quantity. I am not sure if this is a template issue (i have tried replacing original related php files, could someone maybe list them all) and have tried changing multiple admin config settings.

Admin / Product Listing
Display Product Price/Add to Cart 3
Display Product Quantity 1
Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product) 2 Info
Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status and Set Button Location 3

Admin / Product Info
Product Quantity Box Status - Adding New Products 1

Your help is greatly appreciated, i have spent 1 week trying to fix this

You must have fixed it??? Looks fine in IE.
Tried looking at it FireFox - did you take the site down????

thanks heaps, i actually figured it out. it was disabled under the product itself!! i couldnt believe it.. like 100 ways to disable things ;) ahaha
