Need help with international shipping

I need to set it up so that certain items in my store, the bigger/heavier items are only avalible within the uk and europe. I need to block customers in america from purchasing a guitar package for example.

Also i need help setting my european shipping prices, at the moment the estimate shipping pop comes up blank for anywhere except the uk. How can i set a shipping rate specific to guitars sold in Europe of say £15

Im complelety new to zen cart and need a lot of help with this.
