When I accept a Paypal payment using the IPN I can get the money just fine. Problem is address info doesn't appear to be going along for the ride, so I can't print out address labels from Paypal.
As you can imagine, this is extremely inconvenient.

Anyone? This is getting particularly annoying.
Hard to give a definitive answer without knowing things like your cart version, whether or not you have updated the PayPal module, etc.
Kinda like asking how to remove a battery from a car. One of ours is in the trunk, the other in the right-front wheel well.![]()
A little help with colors.

Running 1.3.8a, and as far as I know everything has been updated.
And I don't think it's a Zen Cart issue, but rather how the payment is handled itself by PayPal. Like it's an "advance" instead of a "payment for goods".
Bumping this again. I'd really like to be able to print my address labels from Paypal.
In the updating process, did you remove the old PayPal module and reinstall after upgrading to 1.3.8a?

I've only ever had 1.3.8a as far as I know. And I've uninstalled and reinstalled the module several times.
From what I can see, it's the wrong type of payment. It's just a transfer of funds which doesn't require address info being passed along.
I think you will find it's up to the customer to enter the address details, Paypal assumes you have the details as they have come from your zen-cart store.
Just my idea's of what's happening there.
I recently started getting this problem, after updating to the latest paypal module with 1.3.7.
I have just started looking into the issue, but the first thing I am going to look at is the PDT token. Before I upgraded the paypal module I was not using PDT, but activating PDT when following the upgrade instructions may have caused the problem?
Just a guess, but a place to start. If anyone has suggestions for other places to look please chime in.

Tested with PDT disabled at paypal.com with same result (no address shown on paypal for transaction). This is particularly annoying/dangerous because:
1) if you use paypal to do shipping labels for first class mail you now need to manually enter the address
2) your transaction is not protected by paypals seller protection policy if the address is not given as part of the transaction.
Re-enabling PDT and will try running the debug logs...
