Paypal IPN doesn't pass along address info. Why?

When I accept a Paypal payment using the IPN I can get the money just fine. Problem is address info doesn't appear to be going along for the ride, so I can't print out address labels from Paypal.

As you can imagine, this is extremely inconvenient.

Anyone? This is getting particularly annoying.

Hard to give a definitive answer without knowing things like your cart version, whether or not you have updated the PayPal module, etc.

Kinda like asking how to remove a battery from a car. One of ours is in the trunk, the other in the right-front wheel well.

Running 1.3.8a, and as far as I know everything has been updated.

And I don't think it's a Zen Cart issue, but rather how the payment is handled itself by PayPal. Like it's an "advance" instead of a "payment for goods".

In the updating process, did you remove the old PayPal module and reinstall after upgrading to 1.3.8a?
