Add to Cart button position

Hi,
Is there any way to move the Add to cart button below my atrribute boxes?

The add to cart is above the attribs there but ...

You can move it wherever you want, just look for:

in tpl_product_info_display.php in your templates folder.

Is there a way to make the attributes & add-to-cart button look more neatly aligned? They look as if they are randomly placed, just "thrown on the page".
