Default Need to install zencart using IIS 7

I have manged to install mysql and php and it seems to be working fine.

My question is how do i install zen cart now?/ Where should i place zen cart directory??

Do i need phpmyadmin to create database? If so then how do i install that?

If not then, how would i create databse for zencart manually into mysql?

I am very new to local machine side...

    Thanks

if it says MySQL support = off ... then you don't have MySQL running on your server, or at least your PHP setup doesn't know about it.

A more important question is ... why are you trying to do this?

    Drbyte, Interesting question!!

I dont know why but all of sudden it came in my mind and i thought why not IIS??

Took me 2 days to figure out how to install php after searching on google.

Now i am happy with xampp as i always was... IIS was just for the sake of experiment.....

If you didn't install the MySQL Connector for PHP, then PHP would never know about the existence of MySQL on your server. It's a separate download after installing MySQL itself.

Apache is always a much more reliable webserver engine than IIS anyway.
