I cannot get the "Add Priority Handling" text and checkbox to align as well as the "Redemption Code" text and text input area.

They look pretty well lined up in the screen shot to me.

Are you talking about the size of the box in the Add Priority (no text to input, just click for yes?) vs the size of the text input boxes in the other two options which are expanded to allow for coupon codes to be entered?
