Hi all, i was hoping to set up a voucher scheme for a few physical shops I have in my network. here's a typical scenario: the customer goes into one of the physical shops and purchases an item; the shop calls me and tells me the redemption code; i would then like to redeem that voucher for the customer. I know I could do that if I set up an account for them but, if they have set up an account already, how will I access it to redeem the new voucher?
